When you submit the form you will be asked to install a profile onto your iPhone. First hit the Install button; at the following prompt select Install Now. Then select Done from the top-right of the screen. From here you will be taken into the Mail application.

If you choose to remove the account from your iPhone you must go to Settings>General>Profile and select Remove.
